If you’ve been looking which Cron Jobs that need to be setup for an optimal Sendy installation (v 3.0.4 as of writing) below are the 3 you’ll need. Ben on the Sendy forum is extremely helpful and has written a couple of posts on the forum which show you where to find the info. However, in my case, the flag in the database indicated that the cron’s where setup correctly and therefore they did not show up on my GUI interface how to set them up. After setting the cron flag in my Database back to 0, the instructions re-appeared.
SENDY CRON JOBS REQUIRED
*/1 * * * * php /<full path to sendy>/autoresponders.php > /dev/null 2>&1
*/5 * * * * php /<full path to sendy>/scheduled.php > /dev/null 2>&1
*/1 * * * * php /<full path to sendy>/import-csv.php > /dev/null 2>&1
These 3 crons will auto trigger your drip emails setup under “Auto Responders”, scheduled campaigns (even send now campaigns for that matter) and also large imports of CSV files.
Set these up and Sendy should be fully automated and will send out all your emails without any hassles.
